Yet Another New One On The Site

Hi all - brand new on this site from 03:15 this morning. Although I am about to take charge of a new property in the Sun Shine State, not allowed to talk about it here so I've applied to join the Owner's forum to chat about it there. I thought I'd join this forum as others have helped me in the past on other forums, so it's pay back time. I certainly do not claim to know half as much as the time served experienced members and will always be ready to listen and learn. But, just maybe there might be some info I can broadcast from my limited experiences to-date.
Been to Florida twice, loved it, saw the video and bought the T-shirt due out again this Nov (I hope), Las Vegas in Jan 2005, New York Nov 2003.

Welcome to the forum, have been to Las Vegas and New York ourselfs, but have been back to Florida on several occasion, love it the best.
