Just to let you all know that Virgin have emailed today with confirmation that I can fly out with the tickets I have. I can use this email from Virgin in the US if needed and for checking-in, in the UK and US. They have been very understanding and their customer service has been brilliant for us. We are looking forward to the flight now and the holiday.[msnsmile2]

I didn't know this but it would appear from what Virgin have told us that a name spelling can be mis-spelled by two letters just as long as it is readable as the persons name. If not then obviously a new ticket would be issued.

    Michele.

At the other end they were looking at me strangely as obviously they had our details of previous trips on file. Problme is use my passport frequently and need it changing as it was through the post office will take it back there and they can sort it out quickly for me Hopefully
