I am sure others will help with your question as far as Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon as I have not been there I cannot comment.
However, I can comment on Discovery Cove, and there are many threads about this if you do a search at the top of the page. It is a fantastic place and you get to swim with the dolphins. It probably is a little expensive but I think worth every penny. You will remember that day for the rest of your lives.
