I can really recommend Cirque du Soleil at Downtown Disney - its not cheap but it is really a night to rememeber for all ages! We took our family (ranging from 5 to 75!) a couple of years ago & we have all been hooked on anything to do with Cirque ever since!! You could pick something up to eat in Downtown Disney, go to the show and then wander around & soak up the atmosphere before heading home![clap][clap]

We did a helicopter ride in November, brilliant. They started at $20 for two minutes we choose a fifteen minute flight for $60 each.
Taking off was the best feeling ever.[^]

    Thanks for your replies.

I've had a look at Discovery Cove packages and the birthday special sounds good.

I've heard that the Olive Garden is a nice place for Italian food, is there any other restaurants that come highly recommended?

The kids had such a traumatic year last year, I really want to push the boat out and make it a holiday of a lifetime.

If you're after Italian food, Carrabas is great!!

Which one did you use. I have seen a few along the 192 and would like to do it, perhaps fly over Disney.

If you think Discovery Cove is a bit expensive-a cheaper option would be driving to Clearwater-about 2 hours-stay overnight on a beach hotel-Clearwater Beach or RamaDa Jarvis have lovely family rooms and do the seascreamer dolphin cruise.

This takes about 1 hour-1 and a half hours. If you don't grt to see your dolphin then you ride for free.

    It's the big yellow speedboat.

What makes it s unique is when they find a dolphin-they back up to it and the dolphins get attracted to the wake-when the boat speeds off again-they jump through the wake about 5 feet away from the boat.

    It's fantastic!

You can eat at Brits where the food is lovely and if the weather is right see a beautiful sunset and walk along the pier. Sometimes you get to see sharks in the water.
