    info req

    hi folks
    just need a bit of info re the blue disabled badge we have, can it be used in orlando for easier parking etc.
    we go for our first time on 20th march so we are all excited now ( we more excited than the kids i think)hopefully it wont be our last.
    thanks for all the info on here for all us newbies its been invaluable.
    ill post a report of my trip when i get home.

    We have a blue badge for our 3 year old son who is disabled. My understanding is that it is only valid in EU countries.

    if you read the thread on first timer here big mack asks the question
    and from what orlandobabe says you can use your blue badge in Florida i am sure someone will keep you right but from what ive read you can use it

    Yes no problem. ALthough there are not legally reconiognised here you can use them. We being lkivng here for a few years are still use a uk orange badge. Just havent got round toi getting a usa one.
    If your walking disabled dont use the disabled parking at the parks. This is for those is wheel chaiors only (although it is heavily abused) as you will have quite a walk to the gate. The regular parking has less of a walk.
