    Great news on both counts, Christine & Heather. We have always found Virgin to be very helpful, and we need some help every trip. We are flying with Delta to Tampa in October, so good to hear they are also a customer facing company. Which reminds me , I must ring Delta today.

    Thats great news Chris, it is always nice to hear about the positives, we travel with Virgin most times we go to Florida and have found them to be pretty good over all.[msnsmile2]

    We have nothing but praise from Virgin. We are travelling out with London Girl and both of us have children with special needs(autism).Virgin have given both families bulkhead seats and we are being seated in the front end of economy. (MIGHT BE CHEEKY AND ASK FOR A AN UP GRADE THO)They have answerwed all my e-mails promptly and with the answers i want to hear. So hats to Virgin. Mind you i have flown with them yet. Time will tell.[clap]

    The mobile phone arm of virgin is also one of the best,faulty phones swapped without a quibble,I recently ordered a recon phone,with the delay in delivery,(couriers fault) they gave me brand new phone instead, and an extra £10 of credit.[clap]

    Just what I would expect from Virgin. We had great service from them last year. My daughter lost her passport at Gatwick Airport. They did all they could to help us that day and rearranged her flight out later in the week at no extra charge.
