Visa waiver forms at airport

I remember the last time that I went to Florida I got the visa waiver forms from the virgin desks at gatwick when I checked in. I was wondering if this is still the case and what happens if you do an online check in, can you still get the visa waiver forms at the airport?

Most planes carry a few spare visa waiver forms
