Baptism outfit

Where can I buy a nice Christening outfit for our son Alex, he will be 18 months when he gets baptised? I have seen a few in Sears or J C Penny but wondered where else.

Something that I know you don't go looking for an holiday but you may have seen just by chance whilst doing all that shopping. I have a friend who bought her wedding dress in America and it is nice sometimes to have something a little bit different from what everyone else in the UK is wearing for such an occasion!

have a look online! some wow outfits we looked for our Bradley, same age as Alex, just tap in on google! really lovely outfits! but not for my daughter! they changed their minds!

I can't remember the name of the shop[:I] - but it's at Premium Outlets near the Adidas shop - it sold lots of hand smocked and really elaborate christening outfits, communion dresses etc

Thanks Caroline, we always go to Premium, but I guess because it is not the sort of thing I have looked for before, I probably walked straight past it!

The very nice childrens shop at Premium outlets is "Strasburg Children" It has wonderful dresses, suits and Christening outfits.

They have a small rack at the back with sales item

That's the one Glad you have a better memory than me[msnembarrased] - I bought a gorgeous little dress in there for my niece's 1st birthday, it was pricey by Florida standards, but I've seen similar things in London at three times the price.

Off course!!! He is getting baptised 5th June, which is also my 30th birthday and my aunties 70th!!!! But I bet nobody buys me a balloon or makes a cake!!!!!!ahh!!!!

There will only be about 25 of us, unless you and Lynne want to come on down and party? We are treating guests to a nice lunch at the hotel in Shaftesbury where we had our wedding reception!!!
