Post arrived this morning with invoice for our May 06 flights. Brilliant - that's sorted!! [clap][clap]

Wait a minute !! Flight code -- XLA !!! (Excel) Pause for blood pressure to settle [msnmad]

Straight on the phone to the tour operators -- "Why is the code not MON (Monarch)?" [msneek]

"Sorry - our mistake, definitely Monarch --we'll send you a new invoice"

Phhhhhewwww !! pass the Kalms !!

Went with excel august 05 to minorca we arrived in minorca case stayed in manchester for three days, wrote to excel when we came back,they replyed apopogising for the flight delay.our flight was on time,rang them to tell them that said the wrong letter had gone out oops.got another letter hard luck claim off your insursance,fly with them again dont think so.

We flew home on Saturday to Newcastle with Monarch ( Great flight) at the check in desk there was a lady asking if we had flown with Excel before, told her all about our flight with them in May/June she was very interested so they must be fed up with them at Sanford as well [clap][clap]

Me Neither!! As they are part of a bigger group incl. Air Atlanta and TCD I would have thought that it would make news headlines. [msneek]
We're supposed to be travelling with them next Thurs and I haven't heard anything from the tour op. [msnscared] so assume they are still running.
