I SO agree with you! South Orlando is full of British Pubs that are in turn full of ex pat Brits moaning on about how they miss good old Blighty! I avoid anywhere thats full of football shirts also!
Tourists, on the other hand, are great. Just so long as they're not complaining about the food, "oh it's not like at 'ome is it". I can catch up with whats happening in Europe when I chat with them at WDW.

I called Progress Energy yesterday to complain about a power surge we were experiencing. They were there with two trucks and a crew within 90 minutes. Problem fixed and away with a smile.
Jeff's right. Just be firm with anyone who fails to show up on time. Raise your voice and you'll get service. Usually with a smile.
