Old Hickory Gourmet is back - this Saturday at Gaylord Palms Resort. Join our very own Chef Guy Reinbolt for this most unique epicurean event, as he showcases the culinary secrets of Old Hickory Steakhouse.

Old Hickory Gourmet is a fun and educational three-course luncheon event celebrating the art of cooking and the enjoyment of wine. Chef Guy will demonstrate the preparation of entrees and appetizers from the savory menu at Old Hickory Steakhouse. Participants will sample each course, paired with a specially selected California vintage, with General Manager and Sommelier Mostafa Tayouri providing a commentary on the wine.

Vibrant blonde color, citrus and floral character

Hushpuppies of Louisiana Crawfish with Andouille Sausage Au Jus
Merlot Matanzas Creek, Sonoma 2001
Cherries, toast, chocolate, soft and gentle finish

Citrus Crème Brûlée
Sauvignon Blanc Matanzas Creek, Sonoma 2002
Citrus fruit leading with pink grapefruit and lemon

Tickets are $35 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
