I don't know how they know but my cats always come into the office when a guest is on the phone and start talking. Must be the tone of voice[msnsmile]... I also have a big chart on the wall with guests names and dates coz I don't remember names too well[msncry]
We are always happy to speak to our guests, no matter what they want to know, we will always try and help.
Villa ownership does not stop at "just" booking a villa for guests.
Aftercare is very important especially if you want them to come back again next year.
I would hate to think one of our guests feels unsure about our home.

Hi Daisy, Good luck with the wedding, i wouldn't get yourself too worked up it woill all work out fine for you, all villa owners on here are verified by John and Roger so you have nothing to be concerned about on that score.
