Please excuse my ignorance but when does spring break 2006 fall? Is this the same dates as Easter?

Do you mean Spring Break 2006 in England or in the US? Essex County Council have got rid of the Easter Holiday and have gone over to having a Spring Break in April.

I believe Spring break is normally in March.

University of Miami have Spring Break 14 to 18 March 2006 but in general it is spread over a few weeks (think 3)as Florida is not able to cope with students from universities all over the States flocking to Florida at the same time.
