    Contacting Florida Car Hire???

    I sent an online booking to Florida Car Hire featured on this site this morning but have had no response.
    Is this normal????.
    I have sent three subsequent e mails and left two messages on their answering service with no response. We leave home on Wednesday and require the voucher before we go.

    Any other experiences eg can we get the voucher e mailed or faxed??

    Any help much appreciated.

    I booked 1 yesterday for the end of the month and received the automated reply within minutes. Are you saying that you haven't even had that?

    If not that would surprise me although the voucher would normally take a few days.

    Thank you for your reassurances.
    Just had a call from FCH to say they will e mail my voucher tomorrow (Tuesday).

    The site sends a confirmatory email to all bookings (provided they supply a valid email address) immediately after the order is completed. I'm guessing you did not supply a valid email or our email got filtered out by some spam software at your end.

    If you want to DM me your order number I can check for you.

    The phones have been ringing off the hook today (Monday is by far the busiest day of the week) so apologies for us not being able to answer your call personally.

    Update: I just spoke to Sarah and she tells me she has just spoken to a client who forgot to put their email address on an order - could this have been you Lexus?
