Any idea how much a 3/4 bed goes for on Southern Dunes and what has attracted you do this development

I believe they have finished building now on Southern Dunes. I own a villa on there and it has recently been valued at $285000.

They are still building on Southern Dunes. They are building off Southern Dunes Blvd, next to Lake Joe. When these properties are finished that will be it.
