Doesn't apply to us villa owners though. We always find we spend so much on time/money on shopping for our homes on holiday there's never enough of either left to spend on bringing anything much back for ourselves.

It's typical about 18 months ago we declared Micks new tool set, it would have been stupid to try and hide it and it still worked out cheaper than here even after duty. Just couldnt wait could he?

I have brought so many things through customs, light fittings, bedcovers, mirrors, bathroom fittings, lamps, shoes, clothes etc., and never been asked about anything (One of these days)........ Now I can go even more mad.
