We have used mytravel on 3 occasions and after each time have said "NEVER AGAIN" and then had to use them again anyway. The first time we used them we had a 24 hour delay on return flight, second time we were told it was a direct flight & it wasnt, and the 3rd time less than a fortnight ago we had a 9 hour delay on the return. With the flight that was delayed 24 hours they did put us up at the Hilton hotel but it meant that we had to open our suitcases in the airport to retrieve essentials we would need which was a bit of a pain.
The only good point about the most recent flight with them was that the legroom was pretty good.
