How does a general enquiry work please?

sorry i know this should be obvious and im sure there must be somewhere i can find the info, but I haven't managed it.

Do i just put in our travel dates and any specific requests such as spa etc, and then the owners who have availability get back to me with details, or is it best to browse through the villas and enquire on an individual basis? I already have a couple of villas in my favourites, but im sure there are loads of others out there aswell.

Hi Suzanne

You can either send out a general enquiry and then all owners with availability will reply to you or if you have seen a few villas that you particularly like you can enquire direct to them first. If they are already booked they return your details to the site and your enquiry will then be sent out just like a general enquiry.
