    Weddings

    Hi all,

New to the forums so sorry if this has been asked before

My partner and I have a multi centre 2 week holiday booked 7 nights in Orlando and 7 nights in Clearwater, whilst out there we have decided to get married but without one of these packages you can buy.

Does anyone have any information how we go about doing this at all please? I know we need to get a marriage licence but any further information would be great.

    Thanks in advance guys

    Icemaiden,

There are numerous threads on the forum about getting married in Florida. If you type in weddings in the search option you will get a list up of them.

When are you going to Florida?

Good luck, wherever you choose to get married it will be special.

Just go to the Clerk of the Circuit Court or County building
of the area in which you are staying .... pay your $88.50 in cash .... you got licence ..you have 60 days in which to get married ..No shortage of people to marry you $10 to $5000
Notary publics can marry people in this State...

We had guests who recently got married from our house. They used The Little White Wedding Chapel on the 192.They could also have got married in our house(costs a little more)this has to be arranged through the homeowner

Wonderful stress free way to get married and you can rent nearby houses to accommodate as many guests as you need

    Have a great wedding!

We got married in Port Charlotte a few years back. All we did was go to Port Charlotte County Courthouse and see the clerk who issued us with a licence and then married us immediately... no waiting! It cost us $108.00 for everything.
