I have heard of Windwood Bay John, quite a new community close to the H27 and Champions Gate I believe? I am sure owners of villas there will be happy to answer any questions you may have[msnsmile]

Exit 58 of the I4, it's on the CR54 which is a mixture of STR and residential properties all the way along. It is as CarolAnn says beside Champions Gate golf and resort. (2 minute drive).
It is new and there are some pretty nice houses, some town houses on the Reserves at Windwood Bay and then single storey and two storey homes of varying sizes on Windwood Bay itself.
