Joyful, If you are driving and have the address of the home you are staying you should be able to get door to door instructions from Mapquest.
I'm assuming you may be asking as you have directions from the owner from Orlando airport, it will be better to get a direct route to avoid any backtracking that may occur otherwise.
Of course we could have misunderstood completely and want to know which airlines fly into Orlando, in which case it will be berst to check with travel agents or internet for routing information.
