Ellie is right. We use another agent (not allowed to name the here) for non-Florida destinations who do very good deals for professional people for flights, hotels & car hire. We are required to pay a 10% deposit on everything at the time of booking and the rest 8 weeks before departure. Any change in plan entails a small fee and cancellation would mean loss of the deposit. But the discounts, especially with hotels, are excellent.
