The number is 001 407 939 3463 it is not a freephone number, I usually call at 12 noon UK time which is 7am in Orlando and the time they open the switchboards - it doesn't usually take more than 3 or 4 minutes, and sometimes less, so it doesn't cost too much.

That's right. Although there are a few pre-rec 'press this buttons', the call usually goes through very quickly. If there is a long wait, 'all operators are busy' comes through. But in any case, calls to the USA are very cheap, something like 5p a minute or less. Even on my mobile, it is 15p a min from the UK.

Remember that even with a Priority Seating reservation, you need to arrive at the designated early time, preferably 10 to 15 minutes before the time they suggest (not the showtime!). Take into account the traffic and parking time before starting out.

I called this morning about 8:15 our time, and was on hold for 4 minutes. The conversation with the operator was much longer, but we finally accomplished what we needed to do!

When you get through to the office you want they estimate how long it will be before your call is answered, something to the effect " all our agents are busy helping other guests, we estimate that your call will be answered in X minutes or sooner"

The other thing to bear in mind is that if you are booking somewhere very popular, such as Cinderella's Castle, it does tend to get booked up on the first day it is released. So its a good idea to ring as soon as the lines open in the morning rather than waiting until the evening when it may be cheaper to phone.

Yes, they book 90 days in advance. When I called they were already doing June.
