Left luggage

Can anyone tell me if there is a left luggage facility at Orlando international airport?
We are coming over next week as we have purchased a house and have masses of luggage which will not all fit in the hire car. My plan is to leave some at left luggage and go back later for it later

Just checked and, due to security issues, lockers or left baggage facilities are no longer permitted at US airports.

You could get a taxi to follow you? Or upgrade to a larger size vehicle?

That's right, as I discovered sometime ago to my chagrin. We often use left luggage facility at major airports because of our often complicated itineraires. The loss of this service in the USA is a major pain in the b*** [V]. I know it is a security issue, but UK airports are also security concious (and probably more security efficient than the US) but left luggage facility is still availble. If a bag is safe enough to be allowed on board a plane, it should certainly be safe enough to be kept in a locker. Why don't they have simialr checks (as for the planes) for left luggage offices and have the area on a separate and secure part of the airport?

Harry, my suggestion would be to hire the largest vehicle that you are confident of driving for a day or two only. Try to take a flight that arrives at MCO fairly early during the day. On arrival and after the formalities, load as much as you can on the vehicle and if anything is left over, leave Jayne (with a good book) to guard them while you drive across to the villa, dump the bags on the living room floor and return to the airport to pick the rest of the luggage up. Don't forget Jayne, of course .

Arrange to return the bigger vehicle after the first day or two after which you might not need it and arrange to pick up a regular car.
