i think it is an old one, i am sure i saw an update on that couple, after they bought the 5 bedroom, they bought a 3 bedroom and then a further villa as their own house, so they could retire out there with their own management co. (having to have a minimum of 3 properties)

I hope it worked out for them, thats an awful lot to have on mortage, it would scare me to death
