I have taken dihydrocodeine on and off for a few years, I think the most affected i ever was, was when I had torticullis (wry neck), it was so bad I had dihydrocodeine, ibuprofen, and diazepam all together!!!

It still hurt, but I was too spaced out to care!!

The worst single tablet for me has to be co-proxomol, it makes me lightheaded and feel sick, although this has now been withdrawn, this has its ups and downs for me, my mum has taken it for years because of her arthritis, but, I am glad because a family member died after taking just eight tablets after drinking cider previously the same day, they were prescribed for her migraines and we will never really know whether she committed suicide or took the pills over the course of a few hours in desperation for the pain[msnsad]

Co-Proximal did the same thing to me a few years ago as the Co-Codimal did the other day only not quite as scary symptoms. (It was just awful the other day)! I use normally use Advil Migrane which I buy in the States and they are really good but they were not working and I still have a blasted headache, although it seems to be easing off. Limiting myself on the computer to as I know this does not help

Sorry to hear you are ill too Liesa! Diane see what you have given us all!
