We looked at the 1959.....I will not tell everyone that it was $120k before upgrades at the time......

You can see an artists impression on KBHomes.com, Sunrise Lakes, model 1959 (elevation B). The villa comes with virtually all the extras including the 4th bedroom and an additional 28ft private heated swimming pool plus seperate whirlpool spa. If you're local its Lot 100, Phase 3, Sunrise Lakes
Selling at US$300,000 which (if you include my extras @ US$58,000) is US$20,000 cheaper than the developers current selling price.
You can beat the waiting list, construction time and get a lower priced, brand new villa.

just wish i had the funds, but sadly 2 weeks holiday is all I can manage and even that is pushing it.
