    Trying DIY Check In (Virgin)

We fly tomorrow (Saturday) on VS027 at 11:15. Booked with Virgin Hols. On the Virgin Atlantic site I can put my Virgin Hols reference in the update booking bit and it retrieves my details and tells me that I can now check in, providing a Virgin Atlantic reference to do so - but the check in bit just doesn't work. I've been trying for nearly an hour now and am beginning to think we'll have to make do with twilight this evening.

    Any ideas?

we had the same thing happen and i am not sure but think they only allow you to do the on-line check in so many hours before...try again this evening and you should be ok...it worked for us...good luck and have a great time

    Thanks.

It hasn't changed. In theory the time is 24 hours ahead but there's obviously something wrong with our booking. looks like we're headed for twilight. As soon as the kids get home from school, we'll hit the road and see what delights the QE2 bridge & M25 have to offer!

We're in Essex and our kids are off next week. They then have the bare Bank Hols at Easter, with a two week break in the middle of April. Our LEA apparently thought that, where Essex went, others would follow - wrong! I know that Herts and Cambridge are both off this week.

So we should miss many of the British crowds in Florida, just have to put up with the Presidents Day/week.

I'm under pressure from SWMBO to pack the car, so we're off.

    Cheers
