Only if you want to swim with the dolpins, otherwise just do
Seaworld If you want to do the dolphin swim, in my opinion it is excellent, although not cheap.

The price is high, thats for sure, but one must also take into consideration that each visitor to DC get a 7 day pass to Sea World (not like anyone plans to spend 7 days there but it's the thought that counts). You should also check out some pricing packages if you plan to swim with the dolphins, certain pkgs can save you about 10 or 15 dollars (not much unless your paying for several people, then you could spend that money on breakfast or something).
