I think it provides a comfort zone also. It does for me anyway. There have been times when I have felt the responsibility of villa ownership a bit scary.I would not feel that way if the villa was for our own personal use, but having to make it acceptable at all times for numbers of people can be daunting, if there are issues you are unsure of. But you can always fine someone who empathizes and helps on here. Chloe

I love introducing new people. Its great when they come back so delighted with all they learn. People can begin to feel part of the action before even going to Florida. I love it all, each part being as addictive as the rest, especially the chatroom!! so a big shout out to my regular chat buddies, Liesa, Maggie and Tricia, and anyone else I have chatted to, my husband thinks its wonderful, stops me nagging at him!!

I know our holiday this year will be so much better than the others, for the reason of getting myself excited every day by coming on here!!! and all the information, its never ending.

I think its great knowing that there are so many Florida addicts out there. The site is informative and most of all very friendly.
The best thing about it has to be the fact that it is so well run.

I love the fact that it's ended up serving many purposes. Start off with villa searching like everyone else, go onto Fla info, then other info like cameras etc. Then the best bit you make friends, have someone to chat to anytime, and with a bit of luck i might get a job through my contacts after my interview next week.
