    Multi Region Portable DVD?

Anyone know of any portable DVD players I could buy in the UK that are multi-region. All the ones I have seen do far are Region 2 only which is no good as we have lots of US (Region 1) DVD's.

We're off to Los Angeles with Aer Lingus next week and it seems they do not have seat back video and only offer the one film. We've got to try and keep the kids entertained for 11.5 hours somehow [msncry]

You're welcome. I know someone who bought the Panasonic DVD-LX9 and thought it was great.

What is the battery life like on one of these?
Is it literally a 'one movie' battery life?

Sounds like it could be a handy addition if it lasts a while.

I have one we bought off QVC in the USA, it came with a good size battery which did 3 movies in a row once without running out. I was pleased with that.
