No, I have not had a cigarette since giving up, this is my worst day so far but I will not have one, even if it is the big match later Wales v England. Just put my first £35 in my florida account so its a start. Sorry I have not put my progress on the thread thought you might all get a bit fed up. Will post more often. Well, it been a week without a cigarette, it has not been the easiest week but I have made it sounds so silly a small white stick ruling your life but that's the way it is well until now. Here's to another week
