we are booked to fly with AA to Orlando via Chicago, we did this route last year , no problems. someone has told us that AA has started charging for drinks enroute, can anyone confirm this or not as the case may be.[msnsmile]

Soft drinks are free on the transatlantic flight not on the domestic flight - they gave us 1 free drink of either juice or water on the domestic flight. On the transatlantic leg you could have as many soft drinks as you wanted.
Alcohol is US$5 or £3 each.

We flew AA into Miami last October and they did charge for all alcoholic drinks. We were provided with a soft drink after take off, with both meals and one between the two meals.[msnsmile2]
Sarah
All drinks are complimentary in First and Business but, as stated above, £3 or $5 for alcoholic drinks in economy.
