Yes, they all come very close to matching my requirements. (I don't think I could match ALL of them unless I won the lottery! lol) 2 of them are just a couple of $ difference in price and the 3rd on is quite a bit less expensive, but not quite as luxurious. I am a little flexible on dates, but that is one of my problems. I am having trouble pinning hubby down to a specific date. How would I go about getting to know the ownwers? I have this absolute fear of being a pest.

I don't think any owner would mind being asked about their home. I would email to make sure dates are still available and ask any questions that you may have and build it form there?

Great news! I think we have finally decided. We are going to be staying in Indian Ridge Oaks. Have talked to the owners a little bit through e-mail and they seem to be quite nice. Now if I can just get all of the travel arrangements figured out without going insane!

Hi Samantha

Welcome to the forum. Like you, I sent out a general enquiry and received loads of responses. I did actually contact each villa owner thanking them for responding to me - maybe it's because we own a guest house and I know how much I appreciate it when people let us know if they have found somewhere else to stay.

I typed out a standard response and then copied it and pasted it on a message to each owner.
