Hi All,
Just checking in to let you know I have been very good today,i have actually got in to my size 14 jeans today with no problem so something must be woking.
Allans mum has just gone to hospital ,we don't know yet wether she has had a stroke,going to the hospital in a few moments so will let you all know later.
