Doing ok today.Still working out the Slimming World Plan. Is it me or is it quite complicated at first?[msnscared]

Julieanne-well done with the 4lb loss!

    Mizzy-a couple of questions.
    1. Are there other sample week meal plans or just the one on the trial site.
    2. Do you adjust the portions or numbers of meals/snacks depending on the amount you have to lose?

I can feel the weekend coming on, so will try to do better than the last one.

to be honest it's a little strange to most people at first Carole

i have sent you a dm and in answer to your question about adjusting portion sizes depending on how much weight you have to lose, the answer is NO!!

you can eat unlimited free foods to satisfy you appetite and you should never go hungry

it's the syns and healthy extra's that you have to count, why dont you build some syns in for a treat over the weekend[msnwink]

    double bubble for you to!!

keep up the good work everyone!, thanks for missing me, have only been out since 8.15, went to collect Bradley as his mum has a whiplash injury from falling on arrival at his birthday party on sunday, cant lift little fella at all! so i took him to visit my best friend who is a childminder, and one of the little kiddies is her grandson, (son of kerries friends) so the kids had a nice day playing together!!! and of course Bradley wanted me!!![msnwink]
went to decorate Russells flat from 9pm till 12.30am, had the worst night of all with my left knee!!, (got new appointment to go to the specialist who operated on it on feb 8th) funny enough it went off with the help of pain killers through the day but have let the meds run out so back to square one now!!
will have a little browse through here then go put the leg up till we go paint tonight!!!

love and hugs to you all

    Well done Kaz and Megs[clap][clap][clap]

Leisa I really feel for you with your knee problems. I used to have terrible pain in mine, if I was on the floor playing with my daughter I used to have to crawl to the settee to get up. I had to have corsitone (spelling?) injections in mine about 9 years ago, I've been very lucky and touch wood I've not had a problem since.

had the cortisone injection 2 years ago, worked for 3 weeks, took 2 weeks to get rid of the initial injection site pain!!! was laid up with that for a week at first!!! i can take most pain, but this was something else, (remember i had 6 kids[msnwink]) only epidural for the last one and that was cos she got stuck! but the knee is something else! cant sit for to long and certainly cant stand or walk around for to long!
the arthroscopy i had last september cleaned it and found the problem but as expected it wouldnt ever go away!! stuck with it i think for life!!!
