Well done to Jan and Fiona[clap][clap][clap].

2 stone 5lb lighter than I was this time last year. Only problem was that in October I was 3 stone 2lb lighter so have got to sort out this extra weight that I have put on.

Well done to Fiona [clap][clap][clap] it good having a friend to help you a long at difficult times and i'm sure the competition helps [msnwink]

also a big WOW to Sally that is a fantastic weight loss Sally 2 stone 5lbs you should be really proud of yourself[clap][clap][clap]

Sheena you can have a glass or two of wine and a bag of low fat crisps EVERY night and still lose weight at SW you are allowed to have 10-15 syns a day to "spend" on whatever you want

one std glass wine = 5 syns or 2 glass of low cal wine = 5 syns

most makes of low fat crisps are between 5-7 syns

Julie i am really chuffed that you are gonna give slimming world a go,you definately wont regret it when it says unlimited you need to fill up on these free foods and eat to satisfy your appetite
at first you will walk around thinking god i can't eat all this and still lose weight but beleive me and i know the other people who are doing sw will back me up on this
but yes you can eat all this and still lose weight

have you thought of joining a class, i think you can still get a four week trial for free and if you dont lose any weight in four weeks they will give you all your money back, also going to a class really helps, you will get lots of good ideas and make some good friends
we have a good laugh and sometimes a good cry at our class and its nothing like you would expect a slimming class to be

thanks Paula and everyone else for showing concern over the children, i felt like such a monster having to break the bad news[msncry]

Have another good one everybody Mizzy[msnsmile]

wish i could have lost a 1lb!!!! guess what i have put on 5lbs!!!!!![msncry][msncry][msncry][msncry][msncry][msncry][msncry] nothing else to say! the nurse thinks it could be cos i'm not well, have only been poorly for a day or so, so i dont believe that, but it is near the monthly time if i'm reading the signals right, (not been very clear for many months!) but have been drinking gallons!!!!!

    Julie

on a red day you can eat unlimited "meat" and most types of "fish" except for the oily ones

so you can substitute the gammon for somwething like pork, beef, chicken, lamb etc the list is endless you need to trim all visable fat and cook without adding fat i use fry light if frying

on a green day you are looking at unlimited pasta, potatoes, rice, beans, grains and pulses etc

eggs are free on both days as is quorn

i am gonna have a look at the 7 day menu planner and get back to you with a few suggestions

    Mizzy[msnsmile]

ps if you want to delve deeper into the sw website there is a group members only area called lifeline online you will need to register and this weeks password is "healthy"
there is a recipie archive which will give you red and green recipies

i have just downloaded the 7 day menu if you dont like the gammon swap it for any other colour coded "red meat, poultry or fish"

the foods are colour coded with either red or green and you choose which day you want to do, then eat unlimited from those colour coded foods and from the free fruit and veg

the healthy extras have been built into the menus and are shown with a weight or measure and you need to add you healthy extra "milk" choice extra details will be sent in an e.mail to you from sw

    Good Luck Mizzy
