I've managed to stave off a bad cold by taking mega doses of vit c-about 6grams a day.
Holland and Barret have a good offer at the moment. £100 tabs for just over £3-00-maybe £3-50. They have bioflavonoids which are supposed to be good.
Got a bit of my will power back today.

OMG I'm in agony, have done something to my back[msncry]
Came home from work with shopping, left half of it in the car and carried half in, dropped it in the porch to go back and get the other load and dropped my car keys so bent down to pick them up and it went. I was stuck there, bum in the air, hope no one was walking past[msnembarrased]. I can hardly move now and have got so much to do.

Having a good day myself, no ailments to speak of anyway.
So far I've had porridge, a banana and soup for dinner, I'm munching away on a cereal bar as I type.......yummy apple and pear flavour.
