Welcome back Sandie, well we all fall off the wagon don't we, it's finding the motivtion to get back on it and keep going that we need each other for.
OB keep going, allow yourself a little chocolate every day if that will make you feel better, but make it a mini packet of buttons or something like that. Can you get swimming - that might help you tone up, but you are in a more difficult position than the rest of us. You do need to cut your calorie intake don't you?[msncry]
Well I was v good today until this afternoon. Nipped into town to get some beansprouts etc for the chicken stir fry (delish - one of DH's specialities) and went to the bank to try and get a duplicate of our tax certificate - yes we are running that late for our tax return!
OMG I almost lost the will to live, almost 1 hr in the bank and they still could only print out the 03/04 one not the 04/05!! They are phoning me tomorrow to let me kniow. Anyway after that quick whip to Waitrose, bumped into Mum, so we nattered as we went round until she had all her stuff. I was only getting a few bits too but was starving, firmly walked past the bread counter, resisted the calls of crisps etc. and fell on the way to the till - 3 ripples for 99p, so dear reader, of course I bought them! Came home had cup of tea and 1 ripple, boy did it taste good, other one went to YD and last one is sitting in the cupboard for ED when she comes back tomorrow.
I then had to cook the chicken livers I had bought for the hounds as thanks for asking Tracey they are much better, but still on light food. Very muchlike old selves, hopping about asking for bonios, great interest in any activity in the kitchen, and much tossing of heads went on while I had my cup of tea and ripple -they had seen the box of chicken livers - well could probably smell them and somehow the pea brains had put 2 and 2 together! Bought 2 packs to they get it tomorrow as well, funny how they prefer this to pedigree chum!
Out for lunch with a friend to celebrate her birthday tomorrow, so will have banana for brekkies to bank a little extra, and hopefully have a salad .... and a glass of wine[msnwink]. She's another breast cancer survivor - of 6 years - and helped me through the worst of mine last year. Just watched part of a programme on plastic surgery - all these breast enlargements, crumbs, never mind DDs, went to GGs - looked awful. Decided half way I didn't want to see any more, I prefer not to see in gory detail what I have in store, but to be fair to the programme it was the discussion of how the men could not cope with the surgery their wives have had rather than anything else.
Tomorrow is another day - she says again!!

morning all!
didnt do badly yesterday at all, i tend to have some "naughties" on weigh in day as in day off of diet!
Fiona, still as positive as ever!! glad the dogs are better! i have seen breast reconstruction programmes before and they are truely amazing and change womens lives!!! as we all know we never know when if at all that dreaded illness will get any of us so we tend not to watch things that survivors of breast cancer go through, my breast assessment again on the 30th jan so fingers crossed, there are at times when i wish they werent there in front of me as all i do is worry!!!
Good Luck Fiona

Morning Ladies and Macka,
Paula....Love the joke[clap]
Alison (OB) Your new chair sounds really trendy!!....make it your new aim that it won't be too tight for you in a few weeks!!!
Like Fiona states, cut down on your calorie intake each day. If you're feeling peckish, instead of reaching for the chocolate, get yourself some fruit. Buy some melon and strawberries as a change!
I had to get rid of the chocolate in the house because if its there I will be drawn to it at some point in the day!![msneek]
Sharon
Hiya peppes, late day today as YD not at college until midday. Just off to walk the hounds, one of them still ill[sick], so fish or eggs tonight I think rather than chicken livers, must have been too rich.
Had my banana & black tea, just about to start on the marathon of water, be good everyone!
Fiona, hope you and your friend enjoy your lunch.
Sheena, hope it's not my germs you caughtand that you feel better soon [grouphug]
OB - purple and black chair sounds really cool!!!
I slept for 14 hours last night [|)] [|)]
Feel a bit better today - still croaking away but I can just about make myself heard [msnwink]
The runny eyes and nose have started though [V] [msncry]
I'm starving but just don't know what I want to eat - I'm afraid I may just have to have something naughty as a treat [msnembarrased]
Julie
