Well feeling better today than yesterday!

Been swimming and managed 60 lengths!!!...only trouble is when you've been swimming you feel famished!!

Lots of posts again today!

Had a very busy day today for work so no time to eat! In fact was reduced to an apple for lunch whilst driving down the M1 between appointments - will have to try and be better organised the rest of the week as I was starving by the time I got home this evening.

I fell off the wagon before christmas...yet again!![msnembarrased][msnembarrased]
But I am hoping you will have me back again!! All the chocolate has now been eaten and I have managed to drink most of the wine, so its high time to go back to weight watchers[msnscared][msnscared]
I have been reading through the posts and I am so impressed with everyone's motivation, you have all stuck with it and are not giving up, so well done you lot..[grouphug][grouphug][grouphug] I wish i had half your will power......
New WW class tommorrow morning, so will probably be really depressed once I know just what the scales are saying, but it has to be done![msncry]

I have posted this in the joke section but I though you fellow slimmers would appreciate the easy way to loose 75lb
A man goes to visit his doctor and is advised to loose 75lb for health reasons.
On arriving home the man opens his newpaper and notices an advert "Loose 10lb in 3 days....guaranteed" He quickly called the number given and was told his weight loss program would arrive the next day.
Early next morning there was a knock on his door, on opening he was greeted by a very beautiful young blonde wearing nothing but running shoes and a sign around her neck saying "if you catch me you can have me" he quickly set off chasing the blonde, after catching her he experienced the greatest loving he had had in his life. This continued for the 3 days, on the 4th day he got weighed.....he had lost 10lb. Fantastic he thought. He quickly rang the weight loss team and signed up for the 5 day program which would guarantee 20lb weight loss.
The next morning he opened the door to a beautiful brunette, again she was naked apart from running shoes and the sign around her neck "if you catch me you can have me" Now this girl was a bit fitter than the last and it took a bit longer to catch her but when he did boy was it worth the extra effortAfter the 5 days he got weighed and had lost a further 20lb. OMG this is amazing he thought.
He phoned up the weight loss team and said he wanted to join the 7 day program which guaranteed a 30lb weight loss. The team member asked him if is was 100% sure "this is our most vigourous program you have to be certain this is what you want" said the person on the phone, the man thought for half a second and signed up.

The next day he waited eagerly for the knock on the door, when it came he rushed to open his front door.
Standing naked wearing nothing but running shoes and a sign was a strapping six foot hunk.....his sign?
"If I catch you........... your mine"


Had a good day today, still sticking with online ww and it seems to be doing the trick...I'm not hungry anyway.

Leisa well done on staying the same....it's much better than putting on and it may show more next week[msnwink]

Another groan from me. I ordered a new wheelchair yesterday-a snazzy purple and black one. I'm thrilled with it-but also feel very down about the fact that it is too small for me.

I knew it would be.

I ordered a 16" seat-the same as I have always used because they are more practical for getting through tight doorways-and because of the stone I have put on-my thighs are so chunky they press against the sides.

So I really, really must get this weight off and I'm off to Florida on Saturday!!!!!

Been quite good today-apart from the choccie!!
