Eating porridge every morning. Chicken or tuna with salad in a wholemeal pitta for lunch. Chicken or fish with veggies for dinner. Lots and lots and lots of water through the day. Snacking on fruit or a small handful of nuts or smoothie.
So yes think I'm eating plenty [msnwink] and the right sort of things..........

I've had porridge today for breakfast and soup for dinner. I am really hoping to report a loss on Monday.

It's so busy on here at the moment, if you miss a few hours you have missed a whole page. Hope everyone is doing well, the weekend tomorrow......my downfall, but, hopefully not this week.

yes there are two easy peesy curry sauce recipies that i make on a regular basis

    tomato based
this is basically a jar of pasata add curry powder (i use a tikka one)one diced chilli and garlic (optional) heat it all up in a pan and add to meat sliced mushrooms and onions and hey presto curry in 20 mins i would usually dry fry the meat mushrooms, onion, garlic and chilli using fry light before adding the tomato base

then you make a creamier one i use curry powder and natural yoghurt or fat free fromage frais mixed together to marinate the chicken i also add crushed garlic and chopped up chilli pepper to the marinade then heat in a shallow pan very gently unitl cooked
(this gives a nice dry type curry)

you can also alternate and use quorn and different vegetables for a change and adding chopped coriander really adds to the flavour it depends how much time you have

    hope this helps Mizzy

i try to find something new to cook at least once a week it doesn't always work and mostly the kids refuse to eat it but you have to try dont you?

i always have a treat or something that i have been craving on a monday night after weigh in for my tea/supper, i only have a small amount its gets it out of my system so i can focus positively for the rest of the week
