    Hi Jackie

welcome to our slimmers paradise its got all us gorgeous beautiful women and the delightful Macka to encourage each other[msnwink]

    Fiona
when you cook your mushrooms in water i would try putting them in small pan with 1 tbsn of water and 1 tbsn of soy sauce and then steam with lid on pan over a very gentle heat (they taste gorgeous like this)

i have had two rather dodgy days haven't done anything really bad but haven't eaten the best choices either

today i'm gonna be a good girl and then i'll soon have my wings like Julies avatar

Mizzy I cooked my mushrooms like that with fresh parsley instead of soy sauce - and griddled my tomatoes, v tasty it was too. Had a banana so far and just off out with the hounsd.

Any suggestions for soup for next week's SW - I am v fussy and it cannot have any bits in, so I liquidise any that do. Am thinking of adapting a pumpkin soup which has coriander and cumin in which is v tasty. Can I be bothered with hacking a pumpkin, usually what I do with the halloween one. There is always the old standby mushrooms, vegetable / chicken stock, skimmed milk and herbs and blend.

i have two nice recipies for "pasta soups" but not sure if you would like because of the pasta

one is a rustic bean and pasta

the other is roasted tomato and pasta would any of these be ok

i will go off and look through some old magazines for other soups for you
