My weigh in is tonight, had porridge and skimmed milk for brekkies after my hike with the hounds - positively tropical after yesterday at a whole 4 degrees! Lunch is chicken breast with salad, and supper tomato pasta when I get back.
Am trying to fit in a swim before SW tonight, as YD taking the whatsit last night and not getting home until 8.20 instead of 6.15/30ish meant I did not get to pilates.[msnmad] Was read the riot act and told not to go wandering round the shops without consultation BEFORE - not when I phone her saying where are you!

No I don't think so providing I don't go for long periods without food, but last night hubby who should have been in Edinburgh but due to fog ended up at home without any tea got a curry and I made the mistake of having a large bite of an onion bahji[msnembarrased] and onions are a no no for me but it just look so yummy[msnscared]
