I've had another good day although a bit disappointing. I have a bit of running aroundtodo on a Tuesday after schools out so I bought myself a weigh[bad language filtered out]chers chicken curry[sick]
There was no flavour in it at all and it fitted on a side plate so I feel a bit hungry now, I have 1 1/2 points left so I may have a special k bar, in fact I'm off to get it right now.

I have another good day too, porridge and 1/4 bagel for breakfast........fresh tuna steak and salad for lunch and a pear........chicken roll and Innocent smoothie on the run for tea as I had 6th form parents evening[clap][sporty][clap][sporty][clap]

Well I have been rushing round getting things sorted for the off on Thursday, I had cereal for brekie ( I really can't stand semi skimmed milk so had about have the amount ) a pork chop for lunch with sweetcorn and a half of a jacket potatoe. But I couldn't think what I wanted for tea as I was on my own and had cheese on toast ( I know BAD BAD BAD )

I am in the stocks tonight, 1½lbs on[msneek]. All those meals out last week no doubt, back on track tomorrow with a vengeance, have my food diary and will keep to it!
