    Gosh Julie, Thanks for that.

I didn't realise you were such a mind of information.

I havn't actually worked it out yet, but will do so. I know somedays I burn more calories off than others but on the days like, when I go swimming, I do eat more calories.

I feel alot more healthier now than I have done for a long time.

I do eat lots of fruit and RAW vegetables!!!....I also have a soft spot for the odd curry or two[msnwink][msnwink]

Feeling very pleased with myself tonight.
Just got back from a family meal our with the family where I managed to pretty much follow the plan and not spoil the evening.

Had a warm chicken salad to start

    Provincal Fish Stew for mains

No pudding and NO ALCOHOL!!! Now that is going some [msnwink]

Well that was a big mistake[msnsad] I had a wholemeal bap with 1 sausage, 1 slice of bacon both grilled and an omeltte style egg and guess what I feel really sick, it must be because I NEVER eat that type of food and I can taste the fat in the sausage and bagon even though it was grilled[msneek] So won't be doing that again, I shall stick to my porridge even on Sundays [msnwink]

Have a good day everyone!! need to get out for a[sporty][sporty][sporty][sporty][sporty]now[clap][clap][clap]

A good tip for all you slimmers, next time you are in Florida, go out for a run just before sunlight, I have just done 4 miles and when I got back to the house did't realise you could wring so much water out of a vest...its got to help to shed some of those pounds from all the big portions I have had whilst over here.

Well I have just cooked a big breakfast for the troops this morning - lucky for me I am allowed bacon on the Slimmer World diet so have had a grilled bacon bap ( and yes I took the rind off before I cooked it )
