I am eating my oatflakes and blueberries with skimmed milk as I read this!

Our group leader was back after 4 weeks of maternity leave (lost 2 stone!) with strong motivational talk last night, plus the new SW mag so in between making lists of a) things to do and b) things to pack before Friday will keep focused.

Oh dear - the scales are not being kind this week are they?
Sorry to those who have put on - but please don't give up.

As my weight loss has slowed down lately I have decided to only get weighed every fortnight from now on, so I escape the scales this Friday [msnwink]

Okay...After my hol, I am ready to rejoin[msnembarrased]. As yet, I haven't even dared get weighed. All I know is that everything feels rather"tight".

Having said that, we had a fab holiday, no calorie-counting so I guess this is the price you pay. I am leaving it for another week before I get on the scales as I know I will find it upsetting! Since we returned, I've gone back on the healthy eating regime and started exercising again.

It's good to catch up properly on everyone's posts!
