I've only got just over a week till my holidays so I failed miserably in getting a stone off [msnsad] but never mind I have lost 6lb which is better than nothing!!

Well done to all of you that have lost the weight. I keep looking on now again and silently congratulating you all.
Has anyone done a 'chart' or something to see what works/what doesn't? Is there a prize at the end of it all? (apart from feeling great and looking good), and who has lost the most inches? I did great before the accident and managed to lose 5" off my waist in 6 months, but did not lose a great deal of weight - all gone back on now as I am not going to the gym.

woo-hoo I lost 2lb!!!
I've lost just over half a stone in 8 weeks so I don't suppose thats too bad. Mind you, only a week till my holiday now so I will probably put it all back on!! [msnoo]

Not too surprised as I've had a very up and down week eating wise. Oh well just hope next week will be better
