    Thanks Carole!

    I am not really eating anything different (Although I have cut out ALL treats!!) I am just counting every morsel that I eat and drink, eg today I had porridge for breakfast, skinny latte mid morn, small chick wrap at lunch, skinny latte pm, omlette (toms mushrooms and onion and a bit of cheese) with side salad very little dressing with small Innocent Super Smoothie (Carrot, orange and mango) for tea, had lots of water too and got a yogurt for later[msnwink]

    I have not even done much exercise this week but intend to step it up next week so I hope I don't get the muscle weighing heavier than fat thing going on next week, I would like at least 2lbs off next week!!![msnwink]

    Where are you all??? Hope you have all been very good this weekend?? I have been so[angel][angel][angel][angel] as I am still on a high from my loss!!!

    So come on you lot weekend food reports please????

    I had porridge today for breakfast, skinny latte x 2 whilst out but missed lunch so had two potions of breaded cod and salad for tea with small smoothie for pud, got yogurt for later[msnwink]

    I'm here, just been busy.

    Had a good weekend food wise and feel good.

    Managed to get Peter's tropicana fibre, we await to see if it's worked[msneek]

    Had small steak and salad for dinner tonight, very nice.

    bran flakes for breakfast, tuna with jacket potatoe for lunch, then salmon steak with salad for dinner!! lots of water and only the <span style="color:red">1 </span id="red"> glass of wine![msnwink][msnwink]

    Hi all
    Good weekend-had some friends over for dinner last night. Managed to resist the pudding selection I offered to them (including Brownies,Profiteroles and Cheesecake!)and had...Sugar-free jelly and diet yoghurt! For the main course, I just had the chicken and salad and gave the cheesy potatoes etc a miss. Good day on Saurday too-but I still won't have lost much weight[msnscared]

    Weigh-day on Tues or Wed-hoping for a pound off, but I won't hold my breath!

    Hey Julie! of course i have been good!!!
    said i would!!
    have been writing everything down! you will see after i have been to WW tomorrow evening!!!!
    i have had a good weekend, had a good evening out, white wine spritzers are lovely, very filling! and pizza with mega mega salad!!
    sat/sunday very good! decent fillings in lunchtime sandwiches, i am expecting to have a good weight loss if its not then i dont know what else to do! i wont cheat and get on my scales early!
    and as for the no points veggie soup, i fancied it for dinner yesterday as it had smelt so good cooking, it bloats me as well!!! so fingers crossed for tomorrow!!
