<span style="color:red">AND</span id="red"> if you are still tempted to have something "bad" <span style="color:red">STOP</span id="red"> and think about getting on those scales next week. Try being <span style="color:red">really really strict</span id="red"> with yourself for a week - and see what effect that has.

Julie - how do you get time to weigh out everything when your working and being a mum?? I find by the time I get home from work, done the chores etc I just don't have the time to do things like that. Hubby helps where he can, but we all know that most fella's dont do things the way we want them done so usually end up following them round.......lol

Its not easy I can tell you[msnwink]!!!!! I get up early everyday, on school days at 0530 and leave the house at 0830, I pop into to Sainsburys everyday to get the 'right' stuff and fresh fruits and veg (its the only way I can do it), hubby and teenager help around the house etc. If you want a week to weigh and measure you just have to make time and the family have to help, at the end of the day if you are not fit and healthy and at the correct weight they suffer too in the long term, we all eat the same way in my house, my children do not have anything bad, chocolate and hand made healthy crisps are a treat for Saturdays!

My main source of inspiration is a friend who's a personal trainer he says there is no such saying as 'I can't", he always says you can do anything you want to do, we have control over what we feed ourselves and our families, and if we can walk we can exercise!!! Its true!!! I always feel very humble after listening to him[msnscared]

All that being said it is not easy[msnscared][msnscared][msnscared]

Liesa we can all do this, even if it takes a year or 18 months like my friend at work, you can do it! You need to get out of the house and take your mind of eating and food, plan you meals the day before, do the prep and then forget about food and get out and do some walking or swimming[sporty][sporty][sporty]!!!

We are with you[grouphug][grouphug][grouphug] don't you dare give up!!! Get the scales out and weigh your food xxxxxxxx

    <span style="color:red"> 1lb</span id="red">
..what really hurts is that I,ve actually been more careful this week and not eaten anything really bad for you, so where have I gone wrong!!!! I've drunk lots of water, stayed off the alcohol and eaten lots of fresh fruit and veg. I don't snack on anything after 6pm either!![msncry][msncry]

Don't worry I'm not giving up but it does dishearten you!

Well done to all the other ladies who have lost, those who havn't, don't worry your not alone.

Liesa I don't think you could be "dull" if you tried[msnwink].
As you are getting so near to your holiday now, I would seriously consider sticking to diet drinks or water.
Unfortunately, so many occasions make us think that we just "have to" break the diet, but although difficult, I think your recent posts show that you are having a hard time with this so you could try sticking to an "all or nothing" approach for ,say, the next 2 weeks and see what happens.
I know how hard it is and all I can say is try to use your Florida goal as your motivation and make a rule with yourself not to lapse. One or two drinks could lead to temptation and you could then undo a week's good work. Everybody is on your side here. Stick with it[msnsmile]

Liesa at the moment you have to 'play it safe' and do whatever will help you succeed[msnsmile]

I have been doing WW and counting points since Monday to help with my portion control and its working, I was eating all the right stuff but just too much of it, so you can have too much of a good thng and put on weight[msnwink]

If you stick with it you will lose weight!!!![msnwink]

Liesa read my previous post to you!
