we all have our little downfalls, but we all feel so much better when we overcome them.
Ive been alright, though I nicked a few BurgerKing fries from my friend the other day.
My mum and I are going to do a little exercise today. 'Cause she's annoyed at herself for not having done any at all in ages. And so am I. So, after we have dinner and watch Lost, we're going to do a Unislim tape. Or something.

Weighed in this morning - didn't lose or gain anything over the weekend - so quite pleased.
I don't have scales in my florida house, but I'll be able to log in and keep up with evrything!

I'm sure you'll be back on track soon Leisa. You have done so well so far.
I have been doing okish. My downfalls seem to come at the weekend [:I] when i have a take-away of some sort (I blame hubby he's a bad influence!!! [msnwink]) usually curry or chinese. The rest of the week I can do really well - i.e. salads for lunch, fish/white meat & pasta for dinner and no snacking. I really am hoping for a loss this week on thursday.
Swimming tonight, better do a few extra lengths!

Well back from sunny Florida just got weighed and guess what..... after 3 weeks of Florida and LOTS of eating only put on 1 1/2lb !!!!
I was so shocked I got off the scales and then back on [msnsmile2]
Must have been all the walking round the shopping Malls
